Our Kitchen
We have blended the kitchen & garden with our dispensary, blurring the lines between food & medicine! Flowers, Herbs, Roots & Spices are the foundations of all our infusions, with local elders assisting us with regional wisdom for our community dispensary from seed to tincture.
The Heart & Hearth of Nourishment
Earth Kitchen is the heart and hearth of nourishment within our ecosystem: a plant-forward kitchen and community garden dispensary serving healing meals, Ayurvedic- and Chinese medicine-inspired menus, teas, elixirs, and sustainable wholefoods. Guests can enjoy meals and medicinal drinks in our lush lounge space, shop for organic groceries and household items, or access affordable, locally made remedies from our herbal kitchen dispensary.
